I don't eat my bed sheets, why should I buy organic bedding?
Well, we get that question a lot.
One-line answer to that question - what touches your skin matters. Our products are Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified and meet strict standards for chemicals inputs. Under GOTS, use of harmful colors and toxic dyes is prohibited. You can sleep sound at night knowing you have chosen a product that is free of harmful chemicals and made with certified 100% organic cotton.
Our second answer is the same as why you should care for global warming even if you don't live near a glacier. Taking care of planet Earth is our shared responsibility and we all must play our part. Irresponsible farming methods fueled by increased demand for higher crop yield has led to meteoric rise in use of harmful insecticides and pesticides. Not only do poisonous chemicals seep through the soil and find their way into the food chain, but they also make their way outside their target area by water, air and soil movement. Contaminated water bodies, onset of diseases and illness, and disturbed ecological balance are just some of the ill effects of non-organic farming.
PRIME vs PEARL, what's the difference between the two collections?
PRIME collection is our version of the classic percale weave bedding. Crisp, lightweight and matte touch makes our breathable PRIME bed sheets ideal for all seasons.
PEARL collection is for those who prefer to add a touch of luxury and oomph to their bedroom. Silky (although not shiny!) and lustrous, our PEARL bed sheets have an excellent drape and a notch up on the ritzy scale.

How deep are your fitted sheets?
All our fitted sheets have deep pockets and fit mattresses up to 17" deep.
What thread count are your bed sheets, and what does "balanced" thread count mean?
All our sheets are at a perfectly balanced 300 thread count, making them ideal for all year comfort. Very high thread count means that the sheets will be heavier and thicker, while a low thread count is a red flag indicating inferior quality bedding. Also, higher thread count does not always equal high quality, and serves as just one of the many factors such as yarn thickness, cotton quality and ply type that define bed sheet quality.
BTW, our sheets hit the check box for all those other factors listed out in the last sentence above!

What does Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certification mean?
Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain. The aim of the standard is to define worldwide recognized requirements that ensure organic status of textiles, from harvesting of the raw materials through environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing up to labelling in order to provide a credible assurance to the end consumer.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer FREE domestic ground shipping on all orders for our U.S. customers. You can also opt for expedited shipping options at checkout for a nominal extra charge.

What is your returns policy?
Your satisfaction is our top-most priority and we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our products.
In case our products don't meet your expectations, please drop us an email at returns@doplnok.com and we will arrange for your return. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All returns are fully refunded in the original payment form within 1-2 weeks of items reaching back to our warehouse. Shipping charges for options other than 'FREE Shipping' are non-refundable.
Can I exchange my order?
Not exactly, but there is a way around it. You can simply return your item and repurchase a new item of your choice. As always, shipping and returns are free.
Does DOPLNOK ship internationally?
We are still trying to meet our domestic demand, we currently only ship within the U.S. However, our bed sheets have applied for their visas and will soon be jetting across the globe! Hang tight.
